Applicant privacy notice
This notice explains how ALL-ONE GYM handles information submitted through this recruiting portal. Contact: allonegymteam@gmail.com.
What we collect
Your name, email address, telephone number, selected role, availability, qualifications, experience and any résumé you choose to upload. For ambassador applicants, we also collect the public creator profiles, audience counts and posting activity they report. For independent trainers, we also request business and insurance-status information. We keep application dates, review status and job-related internal notes. Sign-in identifiers are used to protect employer access.
How we use it
To evaluate applications, communicate about opportunities, arrange interviews, administer the independent-trainer review process, protect the portal and meet legal obligations. Submitting an application is not an employment offer or a facility rental agreement. We do not use automated ranking or automated hiring decisions in this portal.
Who can access it
Authorized ALL-ONE GYM personnel and service providers supporting hosting, storage and authentication, subject to their service arrangements. Applicant records and résumé downloads are not public. We may disclose information when legally required or to professional advisers for legitimate compliance needs. We do not sell application information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Applicant records are retained for applicable legal requirements, generally at least four years from creation or receipt or the relevant employment action, whichever is later. A legal hold can require longer retention. Records are not automatically deleted when an applicant is not selected. The team reviews disposal when legal retention requirements have ended.
Your choices and requests
Contact the team to correct information or request access or deletion, subject to applicable law, identity verification and required retention. Applicable California privacy rights depend on whether the business is covered by the relevant law. Do not submit sensitive personal details such as Social Security numbers, government identification documents, medical information, birth dates, salary history or unrelated protected personal information.

ALL-ONE GYM evaluates applicants on relevant qualifications and business needs without unlawful discrimination. Reasonable accommodations are available in the application process. Contact the team for an alternative submission method or assistance.
